Areas outside our local shipping zone are calculated automatically before checkout based on product size and value in most areas of Southern Ontario. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you land outside of our standard calculated shipping zones.
Pickup is free from our office located in Brooklin, Ontario or direct from the wood shop; located in Barrie Ontario. Pick up dates/availability are based on individual locations and can vary. Contact us for more information.
Tracking your Order - Order tracking for your handmade wood furniture order can be done by logging into your Cdn Woodcraft account and checking the status or contacting us via phone or e-mail. Once your furniture is produced and ready to ship, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Shipping Damage - We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the best care for your items, and although shipping damage is minimal, mistakes do happen! Please inspect your handmade wood furniture thoroughly on arrival. Issues will be remedied by Canadian Woodcraft.
Lead time - Since all handmade Canadian Woodcraft products are made to order with your desired custom finishes and hardware, lead time depends on current volume in manufacturing. Typical is 5-6 weeks + shipping, however stock items are generally ready to ship immediately.
Delivery (or pickup) - Delivery to your door through hired couriers is available for all products. We will contact you when your furniture has been produced & ready to ship for a delivery window that works with your schedule. Product will be brought to the first "dry" area of your home for you to stage as desired. As a single staff member will be making the delivery, larger items may require customer assistance going up stairs or through narrow doorways. If this is an issue, please notify Canadian Woodcraft in advance and a second delivery staff will be sent. Note that disposable packaging is eliminated to minimize excess trips to the landfill. Larger shipments combined with longer travel may be palletized for logistical purposes.
Rates and Destinations - Shipping prices listed in the checkout apply to most Southern Ontario destinations. Please inquire if you'd like your product shipped outside of these postal codes and we would be happy to assist.
